Iturned to Bea to help give me positive strategies to reduce the “mum rage” that only a mother can really understand, and better my parenting of my toddler. Bea gave me so much more than I expected. After we did some really positive work understanding the root cause of the frustration, anger and guilt, and work on self compassion, I found myself feeling much more positive about my relationship with my son (and my husband if I’m honest).
I felt so supported by Bea and able to trust her, we delved into deeper longer work around my experiences of fertility problems, recurrent miscarriage and associated medical trauma. Bea provided two sessions of gentle trauma work. I felt completely heard, supported and the sessions have left me with long term strategies to manage the ongoing impact of these events.
