We now live in a world that never sleeps, emails and other notifications show up on our phones 24/7 we are overstimulated and distracted on every corner and our “to do” lists rule our lives. All of this erodes our energy levels and motivation and can leave us feeling exhausted, unmotivated, unable to stick with things, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, procrastinating, anxious and stressed.
The same way we charge our mobile phones when the battery gets low, we need to charge ourselves too and I would like to encourage you to do this before your battery gets critically low or you shut down completely!
It’s so important to carve out some time for yourself in your busy daily schedule to de-stress and relax.
When we calm our nervous system, we are able to think more clearly and solve our own problems better. It creates emotional resilience against stress.
During the first half of the “Mind Massage” consultation I’m going to gather information to create a personalised deeply relaxing guided visualisation for you.
We will talk about the ways you like to relax and I’m going to teach you some quick and simple relaxation techniques.
If you wish, we can discuss what’s getting in the way of you being able to take some time for yourself and together we are going to create a plan for you going forward.
During the second half of the consultation I’m going to guide you through a very relaxing and powerful guided imagery which we will have created together.
“Mind Massage” is going to give your mind and body a much needed break and rest and the therapeutic tools I’m going to use are going to help you implement a more positive mindset and healthy changes in your life going forward.
