The Mental Health MOT is an emotional needs audit. It’s an opportunity to intentionally pause and reflect on your current emotional wellbeing state, to gain a better understanding of your emotional needs, your inner resources and any challenges you may face in order to meet your own emotional needs.
You are going to learn about the different emotional needs and inner resources and fill in an emotional needs audit.
As a result of The Mental Health MOT, you are likely to experience improved emotional wellbeing, more self-compassion, increased self-awareness, improved relationships and better decision making.
