
After a varied career in Human Biosciences, Healthcare and Healthy Lifestyle, I retrained as a psychotherapist.
My journey to becoming a therapist has been a very personal one, through my own struggles.
I gained a lot of weight (I’ve lost 6 stone since!) and during the pandemic I suffered from anxiety and low mood.
Becoming healthy and losing weight led me to become a transformation coach and becoming emotionally healthy was the catalyst for my career change to become a therapist.
My weight loss moto is “You can’t have a Jennifer Lopez body with a Bridget Jones mindset!”
This Body Transformation package combines my knowledge and expertise as a transformation coach and is packed with lots of practical tips for weight loss mindset, healthy eating and exercise, and the deeper inner work as a therapist around the root cause of the weight gain, the relationship you have with yourself, your body and food.
I will guide and support you on doing the external work, breaking bad habits and implementing new healthy habits, and also the inner work on any limiting beliefs or traumas you may have to help you become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself, where loosing inches is just going to be a positive side effect of that!
